Labret Spike is a doom metal band from Colorado formed by June Marshall and Sasha Ankhbayar.

Following an extended fascination with the doom style of metal music, the two fell in love with writing slow, fuzzy metal as an emotional outlet. The two state that they ‘think doom is one of the best ways to vent frustration and fatigue’ – we agree. And with the addition of Zoe Roux’s laboured, raw drums, we believe Labret Spike to be a fantastic addition to any doom fan’s collection.
